This residential building is part of the Saudi Arabian Embassy used as the Ambassador’s personal residence. The building, because of its political and stately importance, needs to be frequently refreshed internally and externally to maintain its standing. Crest Restorations Pty Ltd was commissioned to do this prestigious project due to its experience and expertise in working on highly sensitive sites. The building was occupied by the Ambassador during the refurbishment work. Works were completed on time and budget.
The work generally comprised:
- Application of more than 4000m2 of protective coatings externally
- Very high standard paint finishes internally throughout this 50 room residence
- Rectification of roof leaks and other water ingress problems
