This residential tower comprising of 45 units is located in the heart of Maroubra Junction. The building is also a commercial building the most prime location in McMahons Point boasting uninterrupted views of the Sydney labour. The building is only 8 years old and showed very significant render damage and water ingress problems.Crest Restorations Pty Ltd were commissioned to carry out the rectification to the building whilst the building was occupied during construction.
The work generally comprised:
- Extensive render repair (more than 700m2)
- Waterproofing of balconies and common area terraces (800m2)
- Extensive internal unit repairs
- Joint and crack repairs to parapet walls
- Tiling to balconies and terraces (700m2)
- External façade protective painting coating
- Internal bathroom refurbishment and waterproofing
